I agree in that Code Fellows seems much more realistic in it's marketing, rather than the flood of bootcamps promising six figure salaries after 12 weeks. A few of my students after getting their basics at a slower pace with me have done the code fellow programs and landed jobs in the industry that they found pleasing. With that said is not a full substitute to a CS degree and reading one or two more books will help you later on your career and be more on par with normal cs grads.
