/usr/bin/python is the executable for the python that comes with OS X. /usr/local/lib is a location for user-installed programs only, possibly from Python.org or Homebrew. So you're mixing different Python installs, and changing the python path is only a partial workaround for different packages being installed for different installations.

Hi. I have had similar issues (however with request module not being loaded). Assuming you are on macOS, there is issues with the seaDAS GUI installer defaulting to your OS preferred python install (even if you change the calls in the script itself).

In the spirit of "turn it off, and turn it back on again" solutions, and given the fact that you're getting a Module has no attribute: __version__ when you try and print the scikit-learn version (which should be defined in any self-respecting Python module), I'm going to recommend you uninstall and reinstall scikit-learn:. pip uninstall sklearn pip install sklearn
