Productive quick paced environment. At Yellowtail I learned the customer is always right, and that I had to be quick on my feet. I had to remember how many tables I had at once, I had to remember my orders, the names of sushi rolls. The management was really good, but they were very strict, they did their job and i did mine the best i could.
